Fingerprinting / Background Checks and  ATF eForms: Bring your ORI number (for FDLE Level 2 background checks) & two forms of ID. One must be a current and valid government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport, state ID etc.). The second can be a pay stub, utility bill, or another document showing your name and address.

FDLE Level 2 background checks are required in Florida for many licensing, employment, education, healthcare, and volunteer roles. Fingerprints are submitted electronically to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement for state and FBI review.

In most cases, results are typically processed by the agency within approximately 48–72 hours, though processing times are determined by FDLE and may vary. An ORI number and agency instructions are required at the time of service. Submitting an incorrect ORI or incomplete information can delay processing or require resubmission.  ATF EFT Fingerprint Files (USB Delivery)

ATF-compliant EFT fingerprint files are required for certain federal firearms and licensing applications. We capture fingerprints electronically and provide the completed EFT file on a USB drive for client submission.

In most cases, the EFT file is provided the same day, once fingerprint capture is completed. Clients must present valid, government-issued photo identification at the time of service; additional identification may be requested depending on requirements. This service is for one standard FBI FD-258 fingerprint card only. FD-258 cards are commonly used for out-of-state licensing, federal applications, expungements, and certain firearm-related requirements.

Requests for state-specific or agency-specific fingerprint cards (such as Maryland CJIS, New Jersey, Ohio BCI, Connecticut, SF-87, FINRA, or RCMP) are handled separately and require confirmation before scheduling. Please contact us in advance to ensure the correct service is selected.

Clients must present valid, government-issued photo identification at the time of service. If more than one FD-258 card is needed, additional copies can be prepared during the same visit.

 This service is for two standard FBI FD-258 fingerprint cards completed during the same appointment. FD-258 cards are commonly used for out-of-state licensing, federal applications, expungements, and certain firearm-related requirements.

Examples include, but are not limited to, Maryland CJIS, Massachusetts, New Jersey Universal, Ohio BCI, Connecticut DPS-125C, SF-87 (federal), RCMP C-216C (Canada), FINRA, FD-1164, and FD-884 cards.

These requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us before scheduling to confirm that your specific card can be processed. If approved, we will assist with booking the appropriate appointment.

Clients must bring the required fingerprint card(s), any instructions provided by the requesting agency, and valid government-issued photo identification. Additional cards may be completed during the same visit if needed.

 This bundled service is designed for clients who need both an FBI background check and apostille certification for international use. The process includes fingerprint capture, submission of fingerprints to the FBI for background check processing, and coordination of apostille facilitation once the FBI result is issued and confirmed to be eligible.

Once the FBI background check is issued, a clear, good-quality color printout of the FBI result is required for federal apostille processing. If needed, we can print the FBI background check for you at the time of service.

Results are typically estimated at approximately 5–8 weeks, depending on FBI processing times and the issuing authority. All timelines are determined by the FBI and the appropriate apostille authority and may vary.
