NOTICE: If you require fingerprints on a **Maryland CJIS card, New Jersey, Ohio BCI, Connecticut, SF-87, FINRA, RCMP, or any other state-specific or agency-specific card, please do not book this service. Those cards are handled separately and require phone confirmation before scheduling.

  We stock standard FBI FD-258 fingerprint cards for your convenience. If you need fingerprints on a different card — such as a Maryland CJIS fingerprint card, Massachusetts, New Jersey Universal, Ohio BCI, Connecticut DPS-125C, SF-87 (federal), RCMP C-216C (Canada), FINRA, FD-1164, FD-884, or any other agency-specific card — you must bring your own blank card.

These requests are handled on a case-by-case basis, so please call us first to confirm that we can process your specific card. If approved, we’ll book your appointment for you.
