We stock FBI FD-258 fingerprint cards for your convenience. If you need your fingerprints on a different card — such as a Maryland State Applicant card, Massachusetts, New Jersey Universal, Ohio BCI, Connecticut DPS-125C, SF-87 (federal), RCMP C-216C (Canada), FINRA, FD-1164, or FD-884 — you must bring your own blank card. These requests are handled on a case-by-case basis, so please call us first to confirm we can process your card. If approved, we’ll book your appointment for you. Please bring one valid, government-issued photo ID plus a second form of ID (passport, pay stub, etc.). If you need multiple cards, extra copies can be printed during your visit for an additional fee.
