Remote Online Notary (RON) Services – Florida

Remote Online Notarization (RON) lets you sign and notarize documents using a secure audio-video session instead of coming to our office.  With SwiftDocs & Fingerprints, you’ll meet with a Florida commissioned Remote Online Notary, verify your identity online, and complete your notarization through a trusted platform.  Sessions are hosted through a secure provider with identity verification, document upload, and electronic records for your protection.

1. Email your document for review
Send a clear PDF or Word copy of your document to
ron@swiftdocsfingerprints.com
Include:
 

• Your full name and phone number
   
• Type of document (for example: power of attorney, affidavit, travel consent, etc.)
   
• How many signers and if any will be outside the U.S.
   

2. We review and confirm eligibility
We’ll review your document to confirm:
 

• That it is suitable for online notarization under Florida law
   
• What type of notarial certificate it needs (acknowledgment or jurat)
   
• Any special requirements (witnesses, additional IDs, etc.)
   
• If everything looks good, we’ll reply with:
   
• Your RON session link
   
• Available time slots
   

3. Complete identity verification & join the session
At the appointment time:
 

• Set up your profile and complete the online identity verification on your own device
   
• Join the live video session from a quiet, well-lit room
   
• Show your valid government-issued photo ID
   
• Once we confirm your identity and willingness to sign, ask the required questions etc. we’ll notarize the document electronically.
   

4. Receive your notarized document
After the session:
 

• You’ll receive a digitally notarized PDF immediately after the session is completed.
   
• You can download, save, and print it as needed
   
• Some documents may have specific rules about accepting electronic notarization—always check with the receiving agency
   

We are Notaries Public, not attorneys.
We cannot provide legal advice, interpret your document for you, or tell you what you should sign. If you have legal questions, please consult a licensed attorney.
 

About “Notario” / “Notario Público”
In many Latin American countries, a Notario Público is a type of attorney. Florida law does not recognize that role. In Florida, a Notary Public is not an attorney and must not give legal advice.  If someone promises legal services while only being a “notario”, this may be illegal and risky for consumers.
 

We may decline a RON session if:
 

• You do not understand the document
• You appear confused or under pressure
• Your ID or identity cannot be verified
• The document is not appropriate for online notarization
